We want you to love your TGI Jewelry purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • To start a return, please contact us at tgijewelry@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Personalized or custom items

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
